Account and data deletion

How to remove Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube access from SocioPro, and how to delete your account. Use this URL in Meta’s data deletion field.

1. Disconnect a social account

  1. Log in to SocioPro.
  2. Open Connected accounts.
  3. Choose Disconnect on the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel.

That deletes the stored access token for that channel. SocioPro can no longer publish to it until you connect again.

2. Delete your SocioPro account

  1. Log in and open Profile.
  2. Use Delete account and confirm with your password.

This permanently removes your SocioPro user, posts, media, team memberships, and all connected social tokens.

3. If you cannot log in

Use the Contact form from the same email you registered with and ask us to delete the account. We will remove the account and stored tokens.
