Monthly and yearly prices match what you select after signup on the billing page. Yearly totals show the annual price configured for each plan — up to 17% less than paying monthly for a full year. After you create an account, you subscribe from Billing. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Limits change by plan. Scheduling, publishing, and the tools around them do not.

Each Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, and YouTube channel you link counts as one connected account. You can disconnect and reconnect at any time without losing your scheduled posts.
SocioPro tells you before you run out and again when you reach the limit. Already-scheduled posts still publish; you just cannot create new ones until the month rolls over or you upgrade.
Yes. Manage upgrades and downgrades from billing settings. Timing and proration depend on your payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) and current subscription.
The failure is recorded against the specific account with the error the platform returned, and you are notified. The other accounts on that post are unaffected, and you can retry just the failed ones in one click.
Never. Accounts are connected over OAuth, and only the resulting access and refresh tokens are stored — encrypted at rest. You can revoke access from the platform side at any time.
Your plan includes a set number of seats. Invite teammates by email and they join your shared calendar, working from the same queue and connected accounts.
Cross-posting, a first comment, repeated posts, per-account delays, signatures, posting sets, RSS auto-post, the calendar, analytics, the picture editor, dark mode, the API, and signed webhooks. Plans differ by channel count, monthly posts, and team seats.
Add an https endpoint and a secret in the workspace. SocioPro sends a JSON body when a post publishes or fails, and signs the raw body in the X-SocioPro-Signature header so you can verify it came from us.
Save a public feed URL and the accounts that should receive it. Every 15 minutes SocioPro checks for a new item and schedules a post about 10 minutes ahead. The first check imports only the latest item.
Open Billing after you log in and manage your subscription from there. You can also delete your SocioPro account from Profile; see the Data Deletion page for steps.
Pick the smallest plan that covers the accounts you publish to today. You can move up or down whenever your volume changes.
