Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SocioPro at sociopro.sigmarocks.com. Creating an account or connecting a social channel means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Related pages: Privacy Policy, Pricing, Data deletion, and Contact.
1. The service
SocioPro lets you draft, schedule, and publish content to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and YouTube channels that you connect. We publish only to the accounts you select, at the times you set. We do not post on your behalf without that schedule.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including posts sent through connected channels and people you invite to a team.
3. Connected social accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, you authorize SocioPro to access those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy and to publish content you submit. You must have the right to manage those Pages, profiles, and channels. You also agree to Meta’s and Google’s own terms for those platforms. Disconnect a channel or delete your account at any time using User data deletion.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of captions, media, and other content you upload. You grant SocioPro a limited licence to store and transmit that content solely to provide scheduling and publishing. You are responsible for the content: it must be lawful, must not infringe others’ rights, and must follow the rules of each social network you publish to.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SocioPro to spam, impersonate others, spread malware, scrape the service, or try to break into accounts that are not yours. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or Razorpay as shown on Pricing. Plan limits (connected accounts, posts, seats) apply as displayed in the product. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the payment provider or applicable law requires it.
7. Availability
We aim to publish on time, but networks can reject posts, tokens can expire, and the internet can fail. SocioPro is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed posts, platform API changes, or loss of data beyond restoring what we reasonably can from our systems.
